Crisis Response Coordinator

Under the general direction of Keewatin Tribal Council (KTC) Director of Health, the Crisis Response Coordinator will assist member First Nations in Crisis Response situations.   Respond to requests for assessment, support or consultation regarding community members in crisis due to mental health problems, suicide or addictions concerns.  Provide on-site support to youth, caregivers and community members, link to resources and provide informational resources.  The Crisis Response Coordinator shall provide assistance to all 11 KTC member bands as requested by the KTC Chiefs and community-based staff.
